Use the form below or download the My Local Services App and use the 'report it' feature to quickly and easily report issues requiring Council attention, such as potholes, flooding or tripping hazards.

Submitted reports are monitored during normal business hours.

Hard waste & e-waste collection request

Households and not-for-profit organisations are entitled to two free hard waste and e-waste collection services that can be scheduled any time during the financial year.

Development application register   

The Council’s online Development Application Register contains development applications lodged prior to 19 March 2021.

The PlanSA Online Development Application Register contains development applications lodged on or after 19 March 2021.

To access the right Development Application Register use the PlanSA Wizard to find out which register to use by entering details about when it was lodged.
