The Council offers a range of convenient payment methods.

You can make a payment online at our secure e-services website.

The e-services website accepts payments by Visa or Mastercard.

Payments are processed within 24 hours.

The Council uses Commonwealth Bank BPoint as its preferred secure payment method.

You can use e-services to make the following payments:

  • Council rates
  • Parking expiation (expiations issued are available for online payment the next business day after issue)
  • Dog expiation
  • Invoices
  • Residential Parking Permits

Other payment methods (by post and via customer service centre)

You can make a payment by post or in person. If you are paying your Council rates, you have some additional payment options.


Payment by post

Payment can be made by post using a cheque, money order or credit card.

If paying by credit card, you will need to ensure you complete all the details on the remittance section on the back of your rates account.

Payment at customer service centres

Rates may be paid in person at any one of the Council's three customer service centres listed below.

Payment may be made in cash, by cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS.
