The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters Justice of the Peace (JP) service is operated voluntarily by appointed Justices of the Peace.

Please be aware that our JP’s are volunteers and may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

This is a free service to the community and no appointment is necessary. The roster below is updated daily with the current JP availability.

JP large sizeA JP is authorised to:

  • witness a person making a statutory declaration
  • witness a person making an affidavit
  • certify that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate copy.
