Coworking Spaces

Many innovative businesses are choosing to share office and creative spaces at a convenient distance from the CBD, but close to all the amenities of daily life.

What is coworking

Coworking studios are membership-based workspaces where diverse groups of freelancers, remote workers, and other independent professionals work together in a shared, communal setting. But coworking is more than just sharing a work environment; it is about collaborating, exploring new ways to work, and extending your network, professionally and personally.

Benefits of coworking

The people who share coworking spaces are often self-employed start-ups or part of a small business team, and are interested in the synergies achieved by working in the same place together. The people you meet in these environments bring new ideas and apply their skills and experience to business challenges.

Unexpected opportunities happen in coworking spaces thanks to chance encounters with people from diverse business sectors and walks of life, and also as a result of having a site coordinator who has oversight of the coworking community sharing the space.

Most coworking studios offer short to long-term membership options and provide a level of flexibility that can’t be matched by a traditional lease. By sharing amenities and facilities like kitchen and bathroom, printer and meeting rooms, membership fees are more cost effective than creating your own office.
