The Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) and the Office for Public Integrity (OPI) were established under the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 to identify and investigate misconduct, maladministration and corruption in public administration.

Any person or public officer may make a complaint, report or disclosure to the OPI about a public integrity matter relating to a government agency.
